Access venture funding

Our funds' analysts review incoming decks then share their favorites with the investors they think would like each deal. Investors look through that spreadsheet regularly to see which startups catch their eye—based on their website, description, deck links, and more. The investors individually reach out to founders if they're interested. We don't invest as a group; we each have our own fund. If you don't hear from us, it means no individual investors were interested. We don't provide feedback on your deck submission—we just route deals to the investors. You can resubmit anytime.

Each of us is either a solo VC (we're the only partner in a fund) or we're at a fund that allows us to make unilateral decisions. So we can move faster (hopefully) with less bureaucracy.

There is no program and nothing to do beyond submitting your deck or memo. This website is simply a way to get into multiple investors' email inboxes with priority. No warm intro needed.

Collectively, the investors prioritize deep tech, software, manu-tech, robotics & AI sectors. CPG/D2C goods (e.g. sneakers, snacks) are not accepted. Your valuation must be ~$15M or below. Lower valuations get more attention from us. In practice, we heavily skew toward Michigan startups in our portfolios, so non-Michigan companies receive fewer responses.

We're keeping the group small for now to keep the experience tight-knit and personal for founders.

Only the 18 investors and their fund staff. We also include up to 4 new VCs in every deal review when we're trialing new VCs for potential inclusion into the group.
